    In-home support can be booked before or even after birth. Maybe you are looking ahead and know you’ll need support or you’re in the thick of it and need support ASAP.

    Includes:

    • Feeding support (Breastfeeding, Bottle, weaning)

    • Infant care guidance

    • Light housework

    • Supporting siblings in their adjustment to baby

    • Helping partner find his/her role

    • Baby-wearing guidance

    • Referrals to other practitioners as needed

    • Birth story reflection

    Tips

    • Consider asking for doula support on your baby registry. Your baby will benefit greatly from having a well-supported mother.

    • Ask your health insurance company if they pay for or reimburse birth and postpartum doula services.

    Consider virtual support if in-person support is not available for any reason. Virtual support is more beneficial than no support!

    Includes all services of “In-Home Support”, without the hands-on component.

    Are you or your partner pregnant and you need to some guidance about the postpartum period? Maybe you have questions about what to expect and how you can prepare yourselves.

    Available in-person or virtually.

  • $60 / hour

    Included in Postpartum Packages

    Help your body heal and your mind calm with a private yoga class either at your own home, virtually or in studio. The class will be completely tailored to your needs, while focusing on breathing mechanics and soothing your nervous system.

    Available in-person or virtually.

    While a private session can be most beneficial in the early postpartum period, you can also join a group class and I’d be happy to give you modifications as needed.

Doula by the Hour

Book support at $35 / hour.

Simple, flexible and perfect if you want support as you go.

Custom Package

If you’d like more consistent care, you can plan ahead and book a package of 4–50 hours, or more if you’d like. Each package is discounted—so the more hours you book, the more you save (and the more support you receive!).

Planning ahead and signing your contract a few weeks to months before services begin ensures your hours are reserved just for you.

All packages include a signed contract and require a retainer fee, which is applied toward your total package cost.
