Yoga Your Way: One-on-One, Group Sessions, In-Studio in Germantown, or Virtual

  • Private class

Enjoy my full attention with a private yoga class.

Private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you have physical limitations that make group classes difficult, are newly postpartum, or you simply prefer a more personalized experience, a private yoga class can be a wonderful option.

In a one-on-one setting, I find out what your needs and goals are — whether it’s a specific posture, working on strength, increasing flexibility, managing stress, or developing a sustainable personal practice. You’ll leave with a set of tailored exercises that you can do at home.

  • Group class

Experience the uplifting energy of practicing yoga together.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience, group classes are designed to meet you where you are. Each session is customized to the needs and goals of the participants, with modifications and options provided so everyone feels supported.

Practicing in a group setting creates a sense of connection and shared energy that enriches the experience.

  • Virtual Class

Virtual Yoga Classes – Practice Anywhere

If you live outside of Germantown or prefer the flexibility of practicing from home, virtual yoga classes are a great option. Whether one-on-one or in a group, you’ll receive real-time guidance and support—just like in-person sessions.

With the convenience of online classes, you can establish and grow your yoga practice from anywhere, while still feeling connected and supported.

FAQ

  • I am pregnant or just recently had a baby. Can I still come to your class?

Yes! Please just let me know before you come to class so that I can prepare modifications for you. Depending on how recently you had your baby, I may advise you to join a group class at a later date. Early postpartum would be a great time to have a private session with me as your reacquaint yourself with your body and you’ll have exercises to do on your own time.

  • Do you play music during your class?

No, I have made the conscious decision to not play music during my classes. Music and sound affect each individual differently and can be a major distraction for the mind. In a world that is full of distractions, I want my yoga class to be an escape from all the noise we encounter in the world.

  • I am injured. Can I still come to your class?

Yes, but I would prefer to know before class what the injury is and if a doctor or physical therapist has prescribed limitations. With a bit of creativity, a solution can be found for you to participate. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

  • I'm not flexible. Can I still take your class?

Yoga does not equate to stretching. There are postures within an Asana practice that produce a stretching effect on your muscles. If you can breathe, then you can practice yoga. Your body’s flexibility does not determine your ability to participate and should not be a hindrance.
