Help your body heal and your mind calm with a private yoga class either at your own home, virtually or in studio. The class will be completely tailored to your needs, while focusing on breathing mechanics and soothing your nervous system.
Available in-person or virtually.
While a private session can be most beneficial in the early postpartum period, you can also join a group class and I’d be happy to give you modifications as needed.

Custom Package
If you’d like more consistent care, you can plan ahead and book a package of 4–50 hours, or more if you’d like. Each package is discounted—so the more hours you book, the more you save (and the more support you receive!).
Planning ahead and signing your contract a few weeks to months before services begin ensures your hours are reserved just for you.
All packages include a signed contract and require a retainer fee, which is applied toward your total package cost.
